Workshops:
Workshops can be organized online or in person, and all details (time, location, platform) will be communicated in advance.
The information provided is general in nature and does not replace medical consultations.
We recommend consulting a doctor or specialist before starting any nutrition program.
Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded ebooks or guides. Exceptions:
The product was not delivered as described;
There is a technical issue that prevents product use.
Refunds:
A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event/consultation.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before, no refunds are offered.
Rescheduling:
If you cannot attend the workshop or consultation, you may request a free rescheduling, subject to our availability.
